Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of KalashVPN. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
KalashVPN provides network access and related account administration on an as-available basis. Features, locations, protocols, capacity, and supported devices may change as the service develops.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting credentials and configuration files issued to you and for activity performed using your access. Do not share access unless the service owner has explicitly allowed it. Notify the service owner if credentials may have been exposed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of others;
- distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access, scanning, attacks, or abuse;
- send spam or deliberately interfere with networks, systems, or other users;
- resell or redistribute access without permission;
- circumvent restrictions that apply to you or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable operational or legal risk.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, provider outages, capacity limits, or circumstances outside reasonable control. No specific uptime, speed, latency, location, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
Fees and expiration
If paid access applies, pricing, duration, renewal, and payment arrangements are communicated separately. Access may expire or be suspended when the agreed period ends or payment is not completed.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when necessary to address abuse, security incidents, non-payment, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Privacy
Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. KalashVPN does not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement or prevent all interception, tracking, blocking, loss, or security incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the KalashVPN service owner through the same support or communication channel used to obtain access.
